Honda CBR 900 Fireblade

Honda CBR

The Honda CBR line is hot.  From the 125 to the 900 these bikes offer performance and looks.  For those starting out the Honda CBR 125 is a great starter bike, it is light, nimble, and amazing on gas.  It is the cheapest to buy out of all of the Honda CBR line at $3,500.  The other end of the spectrum is the Honda CBR 900 also known as the fireblade.  These bikes are powerful and the top in their class.  When riding such a powerful bike use your head; Yes this bike can go 300 K per hour but if anything happens at those speeds you are a dead man.  If you insist on being a human rocket then take a training course on a race track so you can learn how it is done.  Always wear safety equipment such as pants, jacket, gloves, and of course a helment.

Stay safe and remember "nobody out there is paying attention to those of us on bikes"

Honda CBR Died

Man! My Honda CBR 900 died on my a few weeks back after a cruise on the highway. Lucky I had just made it into town, but I still had a long way to push it - they are heavy!

I checked out all the usual suspect but I cannot figure out what happened. So I ordered a manual online and I am waiting for it to arrive. It should be here any day now. Anyhow I cancelled the insurance and went back to riding my little wee Honda CBR 125 - It is still fun, but just not the same. I miss my big bike. The riding season is almost over so hopefully I will get it fixed for next spring.

Got It Fixed

Got my Honda CBR 900 fixed.  Turns out it was the saiter.  I think.  what ever it is it is like a alternator.  Cost me a thousand bucks.  That sucked but I was happy when I finally got to take her for a spin.  Didn't have any problems all summer long.  I love to ride.  Now it is winter and I am dying for spring so I can hop back on my bike.
